Summary: This study has as its main objectives: to characterise corporate consumers with respect to demand for postal services and to characterise B2B and B2C corporate postal markets; assess the perceived quality and corporate consumer levels of satisfaction; and gauge the behaviour of senders in respect of the development/realisation of the liberalisation processes.

Among its main conclusions, the following are key: i) a view that the use of postal services will be maintained or grow; ii) for companies prices is not the most relevant criteria in the selection of an operator; iii) the vast majority of Portuguese companies are in favour of liberalisation; and iv) CTT continues to lead in all services in the corporate sector.
