The Portuguese Committee of URSI has today launched a call for papers with respect to the Congress that will be held on 20 and 21 November 2008 on the subject of "Electromagnetic Compatibility and New Radiocommunications Services".
With this initiative, the Portuguese Committee of URSI aims to promote the dissemination of scientific work in these areas and encourage experience exchange between researchers, manufacturers and service providers, among others.
The works should focus on those areas identified as the scientific themes of the Congress, with special significance given to those which address the event's main theme.
Summaries of the communications should be submitted no later than 10 October 2008, in PDF format, by email to mailto:congresso_ursi@anacom.pt congresso_ursi@anacom.ptmailto:congresso_ursi@anacom.pt. The official language of the conference is Portuguese, but communications in English and Spanish are also accepted.
