By determination of 10 October 2002, the draft decision on the changes to be introduced in the draft Reference Internet Access Offer (RIAO) submitted by PT Comunicações, S.A. was approved. The interested parties were notified of this determination in order to provide their opinion in writing, within 10 days, pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Code.
