By determination of October 3, 2002, the draft decision related to the adaptation of statistic information on pre-selection of fixed telephone service provider was approved. All interested parties were notified of this determination in order for them to submit their opinion in writing within 10 days, pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Procedure.
