The next ANACOM seminar will be held on 26 January at 3.30pm at Lisbon's SANA Malhoa Hotel. The seminar will see the presentation of the work ''Os Elementos Escondidos da Tarifação ao Segundo'' (The hidden elements of per-second billing), authored by Pedro Pita Barros and Steffen Heinz Hoernig of the Economics Faculty of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
