By determination of 7 January 2009, ANACOM decided to repeal the right of use for frequencies granted to SONAECOM - Serviços de Comunicações, upon request of the latter, for FWA (fixed wireless access) operation, having as a result recovered a 2x28 MHz block, corresponding to 3633–3661 MHz and 3733–3761 MHz frequencies, for geographic zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7.
