The Expresso newspaper has published an interview with ANACOM's chairman, José Amado da Silva, featured in its edition of 31 January 2009 in the paper's business section.
In this interview by Anabela Campos e Pedro Lima, which makes a review of José Amado da Silva's mandate as ANACOM Chairman, looks at the challenges faced by the sector, including next generation networks (NGN) and the future of the universal service in electronic communications, as well as ANACOM's independence and means of intervention.
