Decree-Law no. 53/2009 of 2 March, that defines the rules for amateur and amateur satellite radio services, as well as the scheme of granting certificates and special authorizations to amateurs and licenses to commonly used stations, - which will come into effect 90 days after the date of publication, that is, on 1 June 2009.
