Decree-Law no. 11/2003 has been published in the Diário da República of 18 January 2003, I-A Series, regulating the approval from the municipality concerning the installation and functioning of support infrastructures for radiocommunication stations and respective accessories, adopted in Decree-Law n. º 151-A/2000 of 20 July, and providing mechanisms for the setting of reference levels on exposure of the general public to electromagnetic fields (0 Hz to 300 Hz).
