ANACOM?s Management Plan (2003-2005)

To encourage universality, quality, diversity and efficiency in the use of telecommunications and postal networks and services ? this is the mission defined by the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM) for the three-year period 2003-2005.
 
The 3 priority areas identified to implement this mission are the promotion of open and competitive markets, the defence of users and consumers, including the guarantee of the universal service, and the development of the Information Society.
 
These strategic priorities of ANACOM are foreseen in its Management Plan 2003-2005, now available in this site, which includes the resources and the financial plan. Apart from the specific action plans to be developed during this period of time.
