By order issued in respect of Case no. 2221/08.9BELSB, currently being heard by the 4th Basic Unit of the Administrative Court of the Lisbon Circuit, where PT Comunicações, S.A. is Plaintiff and ICP - National Authority of Communications (ICP-ANACOM) is Defendant, this Authority was ordered to publish a notice of summons by the same means and in the same place to publicise the act being appealed.
