By determination of 13 March 2003 and following preceding auscultation to PT Comunicações (PTC), pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Procedures and the likely determination approved on 19 December 2002, has been decided to grant PTC a deadline of 30 days as from the date of this determination?s notice in order to implement the necessary conditions to prevent the refusal of portability requests based on the respective contract being suspended.
