By order of 18 May 2009, ANACOM decided to accept all contributions submitted until the 22nd of May and that, accordingly, all contributions received at the premises of this Authority from the original time period set until the expiry of the new deadline shall be accepted.
It should be recalled that with this consultation, launched by determination of 25 March 2009, ANACOM intends to gather contributions from a range of market stakeholders (including operators, manufacturers and users) with regard to the potential of this spectral resource, so that different points of view can be taken into account in future decisions on the digital dividend.
