Under the new public procurement regime (approved by Decree-Law no. 18/2008 of 29 January), purchasing processes, such as direct aquisition or public tenders, will have to be performed electronically (over the internet). Accordingly, ANACOM has decided to sign up to the electronic purchasing platform of the company Construlink S.A..
In this context, ANACOM will hold a clarification session on May 20 at 14:30 at the Sana Malhoa Hotel, in Av. José Malhoa, 8, Lisbon. Participation is free, although prior registration is required, by sending an email (bruno.vicente@logica.com) by 15 May 2009.
