On 2 June 2009, the European Regulators Group launched a public consultation, open to all interested parties, on the Draft Roaming Guidelines. The consultation remains open until 17 June 2009.
This document sets out to update the current Guidelines and follows the amendment of the Roaming Regulation, which is due to come into effect on 1 July.
To respond to the consultation, comments should be sent directly to the ERG secretariat by email to mailto:erg-secretariat@ec.europa.eu erg-secretariat@ec.europa.eumailto:erg-secretariat@ec.europa.eu, with the subject: ''ERG Roaming Guidelines 2009''. Any confidential content should be marked as such.
Except where it is specified to the contrary, responses will be published on the ERG website.
