Radio license exemption for stations on board

By determination of 4 September 2009, ratified by determination of 9 September, licensing exemption was granted to all aeronautical mobile service stations and radio-determination service stations on board aircrafts and certified by the INAC - Instituto Nacional de Aviação Civil (The National Civil Aviation Authority). Accordingly, it was also decided to amend annex 4 of the NFAP, governing licensing exemptions.
