By determination of 21 March 2003, the draft decision concerning the changes to be introduced in the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) and the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO) of PT Comunicações was approved. Interested parties were asked to comment in writing on the determination within 15 days, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
