A notice was published on 12 October, in the 2nd series of the Diário da República, of the international public tender for the development and implementation of a mobile termination costing model. The launch of this tender was approved by ANACOM by determination of 7 October 2009.
Proposals must be delivered by 4pm on 2 December 2009 at ANACOM’s public attendance service at Av. José Malhoa 12, in Lisbon. The public act of opening the proposals will take place at 10am the following day, 3 December at, at the same address.
