By determination of 17 November 2009, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the amendments to the reference ducts access offer (RDAO), to be submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure, as well as under the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February (ECL), with a maximum period of 30 days set in both cases.
As such the period allowed for the receipt of comments under the general consultation procedure ends on 7 January 2010; comments should preferably be sent by e-mail to the address "alteracoes.orac@anacom.pt". Each email may contain one or more files as long as the total size of all files does not exceed 10 megabytes and, if necessary, comments may be divided into two or more emails.
Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses given will be published on this website, whereby interested parties should clearly indicate any items considered confidential.
ANACOM also approved a notification to be made to the European Commission and the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of the other Member States under paragraph 1 of article 57 of the LEC and the summary notification form drawn up pursuant to Annex II of Commission Recommendation 2008/850/EC of 15 October.
