ICP-ANACOM also produced the following publications in 2010, in paper and in electronic format and in Portuguese and English: 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, 2009 Regulation Report, 2009 Activities Report and the 2009 edition of the Communications Sector in Portugal Yearbook.
In mid-2010, ICP-ANACOM produced, in paper and electronic format (available on ICP-ANACOM's website), a compilation of legislation on the electronic communications regulatory framework, entitled "Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications: European Union". This publication contains the revised Community framework, approved in 2009, to be transposed into the national law of each Member State by 25 May 2011.
In 2010, ICP-ANACOM also published, in paper and electronic format (available on ICP-ANACOM's website), the 2nd edition of the Manual of ITED - Infra-Estruturas de Telecomunicações em Edifícios (Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings) and the 1st edition of the Manual of ITUR - Infra-Estruturas de Telecomunicações em Loteamentos, Urbanizações e Conjuntos de Edifícios (Telecommunications Infrastructure in Housing Developments, Urban Settlements and Concentrations of Buildings).
