Revocation of the rights of use of frequencies associated with Muxes B to F

By determination of 12 July 2010, ANACOM decided to revoke the act of granting rights of use of frequencies associated with Multiplexers B to F and, as a consequence, the five titles which substantiate the rights assigned to PT Comunicações, without forfeiture of the guarantee bond. It was likewise determined that the decision of revocation is retroactive in effect from the date of the draft decision issued by ANACOM (29 January 2010).

On that date, approval was given also to the report of the prior hearing of interested parties and of the general consultation procedure to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted.
