The operators of the fixed wireless access (FWA) have been consulted in order to obtain expressions of interest as regards allocated frequencies, pursuant to the determination approved on 14 December 2004.
The consultation, which involves the provision of information under article 108 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February) shall take place for a one-month period, starting from the notification of each operator. Observation shall be submitted in writing to ANACOM, preferably by email, to the email address fwa@anacom.pt.
