By determination of 25 November 2010, ANACOM approved the values in the formula to calculate fees due for the provision of electronic communications networks and services, pursuant to Law number 5/2004, of 10 February, in conjunction with Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008, of 17 December.
The value of the t2 contribution rate applying to electronic communications networks and services for 2010 has thus been set at 0.5770%.
On this date, approval was given also to the amount of the annual fee due for the provision of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, for 2010, payable by step 2 taxable bodies.
