By determination of 13 September 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the implementation of the concept of "unusually high access costs" in the context of the methodology used to calculate the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of the universal service) of electronic communications, which are considered to determine the effect of customer costs comprising the third of customers generating higher costs.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties for a period of 10 working days.
