Submissions to the call for papers launched by the Portuguese Committee of URSI in preparation for its seventh congress, to be held on 22 November 2013, must be received no later than 4 October 2013. The theme of this year's congress is "An ocean without borders: technological challenges".
Entries to the ANACOM - URSI Portugal prize and Best Student Paper Award close on the same date.
