By determination of 18 February, ANACOM has approved the final decisions on the methodology to be used for calculating the net cost of the universal postal service and on the concept of unfair financial burden for the purposes of compensating the net cost of universal service.
On the same date, ANACOM also approved the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decisions were submitted following its determinations of 5 July 2013.
