ANACOM determination of 13 February 2014 determined that, in the event that Mundio Mobile (Portugal) Limited failed to resolve the situation of non-compliance as regards portability obligations, the company's activity would be suspended (on 6 March 2014), with subsequent revocation of the rights of use of numbering allocated to the company. Subsequent to this determination, ANACOM has announced that the non-compliant situation in question has been resolved, so that the measures provided for in the determination would not be applied.
Accordingly, Mundio Mobile (Portugal) Limited may continue to exercise its activity in Portugal in accordance with applicable legislation.
