A workshop on "The future of the universal postal service" is taking place on 4 November 2014. Organised by ANACOM, the workshop will be held in Auditório Azzure A on the premises of Microsoft, Lisbon.
The aim of this initiative is to promote debate on the implementation and sustainability of the universal postal service, on the service's future prospects and the effects of market developments on the scope and sustainability of the universal service over the long term. These are topics that are also under discussion at the European Union's European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP).
Participation in the workshop is free and open to all participants, but prior registration is required. To register, please complete the online registration form by 30 October.
