ANACOM approved on 3 March 2016, a final decision on the determination of reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band applicable to each of the companies bound by these obligations: MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), NOS Comunicações (NOS) and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone Portugal).

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1357521 was submitted (draft decision approved on 28 May 2015); in response to these procedures, contributions were received from MEO, NOS and Vodafone Portugal.
