By decision of 19 January 2017, ANACOM has approved extending by 5 working days the deadline for receiving comments on the previous hearing and general consultation procedure on the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1401979 (DD), approved on 22 December 2016, evaluating the European Commission (EC) Recommendation of 29 November 2016, in respect of processes PT/2016/1888 and PT/2016/1889, concerning the analysis of wholesale local access provided at a fixed location (Market 3a) and wholesale central access at a fixed location for mass-market products (Market 3b).
In this DD, ANACOM presents a reasoned justification for not amending and not withdrawing the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1390432 approved on 30 June 2016 and reported to the EC on 1 July 2016, and therefore does not accept the EC Recommendation.
Interested parties should therefore submit their comments in writing and in Portuguese by 31 January 2017, preferably by email to: mercados3ae3b@anacom.ptmailto:mercados3ae3b@anacom.pt1. Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, the contributions received will be published. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a version of their responses omitting any items considered confidential.
