ANACOM informs consumers of their rights in the scope of electronic communications services

In the scope of the celebrations of the World Consumer Rights Day, which take place during the March, the “Workshop on Consumer Rights” will be held today at the António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation, in Oporto, aimed for senior citizens. This is the last of a total of 16 information sessions arranged by the Consumer General Directorate in several cities of the country.

ANACOM participates in this workshop with the theme of consumer rights in the context of electronic communications services.

To mark the World Consumer Rights Day, ANACOM also launched, on 6 March, the leaflet “Are you going to buy any of these devices?”https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1431827, on the requirements that consumers must check before purchasing radio and electronic communications devices and, on 15 March, the video “Contracts concluded at a distance - what to look out for”https://anacom-consumidor.pt/-/contratos-por-telefone-e-porta-a-porta.
