By decision of 23 April 2020, ANACOM considered that the price proposal for services that form an integral part of the universal service (UPS), presented by CTT – Correios de Portugal (CTT), does not fully meet the pricing criteria for the UPS for the period 2018-2020, as established by ANACOM determination dated 12 July 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1457197, complemented by decision dated 5 November 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1463566.
ANACOM also determined that CTT must review the price proposal within 15 working days.
