Transfer of right of use of numbering held by SEND IT to Go4mobility

Exercising the powers delegated by the Board of Directors of ANACOM, under the terms of point i) of paragraph 6 of Determination no. 753/2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1678761 (published on 16 July in 2nd Series (Part E) of Diário da República (Official Journal)), on 27 December 2021, the Director-General for Regulation approved the transfer of the right of use of “6888x” numbering of the National Numbering Plan held by SEND IT - Software e Serviços para Telecomunicações to title of Go4Mobility - Tecnologia e Serviços para a Mobilidade (Go4Mobility).

Go4Mobility was made subject to compliance with the conditions of use set out in article 37 of the LCE and the conditions which derive from Decree-Law no. 177/99 of 21 May (current version), setting out the conditions which govern provision of message-based valued added services.

ANACOM also decided to waive the requirement for a prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
