The presentation made by ANACOM’s vice-chairman, Alberto Souto de Miranda, at the National Preparatory Conference on Communications, held in Brasilia (Brazil) from 17 to 19 September, has been published. The conference addressed the subject “A new policy for technological convergence and the future of communications”. The presentation made by ANACOM set out the experience that Portugal has gained in the areas of broadcasting and telecommunications.
