Agenda and Structure

The ITU Plenipotentiary Conference's work agenda is defined in advance under the terms of article 8 of the ITU constitution. The scope of topics for discussion is based on proposals tabled by ITU Member States.
 
The structure and workings of PP-06 are established, as usual, during the course of the first plenary meeting. The structure of PP-06 is comprised of six committees and a working group:

Committee 2 ? Credentials Committee
Committee 3 ? Budget Control Committee
Committee 4 ? Editorial Committee
Committee 5 ? Policy and Legal Matters
Committee 6 ? Administration and Management
Working Group of the Plenary on the World Summit on the Information Society
